On first appearances rucomfy's website looks great, easy to navigate around and a simple order process. Given the current circumstances regarding Covid-19 the delivery did take longer but this is to be expected. rucomfy did put updates on their website which helped and set expectations. I will say that when you receive the shipping email and then an email to say it would be delivered the next day, take it with a pinch of salt. I was given a delivery date of the next day after receiving the shipping email, however this did not happen, it came a couple of days later. The bean bag looks well-made and not cheap, I thought the fabric would be softer on the Jumbo cord as it looked very soft in pictures but it isn't bad. The one big disappointment I have is the filling, I bought quite a large bean bag and you could tell just by looking at it, it was not full, I sat on it and instantly hit the hard floor. I have now had to spend over £30 extra to fill the bean bag myself. If you are looking to purchases a bean bag I would say rucomfy are OK, but keep in mind the filling and do your research first
