We welcome orders from both Public and Private Sector Bodies with payment either by Government Procurement Card, on a 30 Day Account or via a Proforma Invoice.

Government Procurement Card

If you would like to order with a GPC then browse our website and add the items you want to your basket and then proceed through to the secure payment pages where you can enter the GPC details. 
We will then process your order, despatch it and your invoice will be included with your order. 

30 Day Credit Account or Proforma Basis
If you are a Government organisation, School or Hospital, we can issue you with a 30 day account, meaning that once we receive an Official Purchase Order from you we are happy to process and quickly despatch your order and you then have 30 days from us receiving the purchase order for you to pay us!  No waiting around!

If you are a private organisation we will issue you with a Proforma Invoice and once we receive payment we will then despatch your order.

All we need from you is a Minimum Spend of £100 and an Official Purchase Order from you detailing the following: -

• An Official Purchase Order number
• Invoice address and contact details
• Delivery address and contact details
• Contact name and details
• Exactly what products you wish to order including colours, fabric, size and quantity
• Signed by authorised member of your organisation
