New Zealand Delivery Details
All Products on our site are shown and charged in GBP and excludes any taxes when we deliver outside of the UK.
Delivery
Delivery is calculated taking into account your order total and your delivery address. To get a price for delivery, what you need to do is to add the products you are interested in and then fill in the delivery quote box which can be found when you click on the checkout tab at the top right hand of the page.
This will give you your delivery options and prices. All prices quoted on our site exclude any Taxes when delivering outside the UK to the EU which is why we can offer reduced shipping rates.
Personalised items
We will always endeavour to process Personalised items within your requested delivery times but please allow an extra day on top of your requested delivery times for us to process the personalisation.

Refund and return policy - Distance Selling Act
If you are not satisfied with your order you have received you may return it to us within 28 days of delivery (*exclusions apply). We will fully refund or exchange any unused item if it is received back by rucomfy in the same packaging and condition as it was despatched with the sales invoice all intact within 28 days of delivery. If an order is returned due to the product having a manufacturing fault or the incorrect product is despatched a full refund will be issued once we have received the product back and examined it to determine the cause of the fault and any reasonable postage costs you incur will be also refunded. If a product is returned due to no longer being required then the cost of returning the product to rucomfy will be at your expense. Any claims for damage or discrepancies must be notified within 48 hours of delivery by Emailing Us. Any claims made after the time scale will not be accepted. Refunds will be paid within 28 days of the receipt of the returned order.
*Exclusions - Personalised items and Custom Made Orders are excluded as they have been made to your specific requirements and therefore cannot be returned as part of our normal return policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
