3) The chosen winner must have liked the rucomfy facebook page, liked the post and tagged a friend. 

4) The prize is as stated and no cash or alternatives will be offered in exchange for the competition prize.

5) Use of a false name or details will result in disqualification

6) No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer, network or software failure of which may restrict or delay entry. 

7) The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another.

8) The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.

9) Winners will be informed within 7 working days after the competition closes.

10) Prize winners will be announced on Facebook and Instagram and will be contacted directly via the social network. If you have not been contacted within 7 working days after the end of the competition, please assume that you have not won.

11) If the winner of the prize does not come forward within 7 working days, another winner will be selected.

12) By entering the competition, entrants agree to provide The Promoter with a digital image of the prize in use. They also agree to have this image and their name used by The Promoter, at any time, without fee or other form of compensation.
