Last Order Date for Christmas Delivery
Orders placed before the below dates & times are guaranteed despatch in time for Christmas.
Orders placed before Friday 20th Dec, 12pm on a ‘Pre-Christmas Delivery’ are guaranteed despatch in time for Christmas.
Any orders placed after the above-stated date will be dispatched up until the final despatch date of Monday 23rd Dec on their respective courier but cannot be guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas.
Please note: Pre-Christmas delivery is now only available on in-stock items to most Mainland UK postcodes.
Opening Times over the Christmas Period
rucomfy will be closed from Tuesday, 24th December and reopening Thursday, 2nd January to give all of our staff a hard-earned rest over the Christmas period! All orders placed after Tuesday 24th December will be dispatched starting 2nd January in ascending order date on their respective delivery service.
Our carriers will be operating a limited service during the festive period, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Delivery To Out of Area Postcodes
Please be aware, that Next Day Delivery is not available to out-of-area postcodes. We ask that all affected customers consider this when placing their order & take into account the previously stated "Last Order Dates Before Christmas". Delivery to Mainland UK
Please see below the delivery options available for Mainland UK postcodes. The cost & availability of these options are subject to multiple factors, including but not limited to: demand, stock availability, courier availability/congestion & adverse weather.
Next Day Delivery
Order before 12 noon Mon-Fri for same-day despatch, when selecting Next Day at checkout. Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday, or over a weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.
Our Next Day Delivery service is available on stocked items to Mainland UK. When a next-day option is not available, an express delivery option will take its place. The cost & availability of this service can vary throughout the year.
*Unfortunately our couriers cannot guarantee their Next Day services, however, they do have a 99% success rate. We can guarantee that your order will be despatched on time, on a Next Day service, giving your order the best chance to be delivered on time.
Express Delivery
Our express delivery service is available on our stock items, where next day is not. Through this service we aim to get your product to you as quickly as possible, usually 2-3 working days.
Free Standard Delivery
Free standard delivery is available on our made to order and personalised items and will usually be delivered within 3-4 working days.
In some instances, personalised orders may need an additional day to despatch but we would always contact you in this instance.
Please note: If your order consists of both stock and made-to-order items your delivery option will revert to our standard delivery options.
Out Of Area Delivery
Please see below the delivery options available for out of area postcodes. The cost & availability of these options are subject to multiple factors, including but not limited to demand, stock availability, courier availability/congestion & adverse weather.
Out of Area Postcodes
Due to courier restrictions, there is a surcharge per parcel for deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands. The final cost will be calculated at checkout.
We class the following postcode as out-of-area and a delivery surcharge will apply at checkout.

Stock Products
Our express delivery service is available on our stocked items and incurs a surcharge (calculated at checkout). Your order will usually be delivered within 3-5 working days.
Made to Order Products
Our standard delivery is available on all our ranges including made-to-order and personalised items and will usually be delivered within 4-7 working days.
Pre-order Information
What exactly is a pre-order?
Products marked with the "pre-order" label in the top left corner of the image, allow you to reserve a product prior to its scheduled release date. This ensures your order is prioritised and makes sure you won't miss out!
When will I be charged for my pre-order?
Your method of payment will be charged when you place your order for the item, you will then receive an order confirmation. A follow-up email will be sent when the product is dispatched, including tracking details.
Can I return my pre-order?
When your product is delivered it is treated as a normal return process. Please see our returns policies here.
What happens if the price changes during the pre-order time?
There should not be a price fluctuation in products during the pre-order period, however, if this is something that should affect your order you are eligible for a difference refund. You will need your proof of purchase and payment receipt.
When will I receive my pre-order?
When purchasing a pre-order item, there is a text indicator just above the add to basket button which contains the message "Pre-order - Delivery from Week Commencing X", dispatch of your item is scheduled to commence on that date.
What happens if the delivery date changes?
There is a possibility of the delivery date changing due to unprecedented circumstances. You will be notified about any potential changes. rucomfy reserves the right to change the delivery date of a pre-order item.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
You can cancel your pre-order any time before the day of dispatch. To cancel your order, please contact us and include your order details.
Shipping, where do you ship pre-orders?
Please refer to our delivery page to see shipping eligibility to your location.
Can I change my delivery address during the pre-order stage?
We are unable to change your delivery address during the pre-order stage as we are aware of fraudulent activity with orders. We take preventative measures which ensure fraud is not committed on our website.

Bank Holidays
rucomfy is closed on Bank Holidays. Any orders taken before, on or after a Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day and will be delivered as per the delivery option chosen at checkout.
Multiple Parcels
Due to courier restrictions, some of our larger bean bags will be sent in multiple parcels. However, it is quick and easy to fill your bean bag cover, just follow the instructions on your packing slip or view our assembly page!
