We are back to work and are managing to maintain our high levels of on time despatch.
We now have some fantastic delivery options available; our FREE standard delivery which takes approximately 4-7 working days or, if you are in a hurry why not opt for our express delivery which will be with you in 1-2 working days (2-4 days for IE orders). And, for those of you that are also now back at work we have our weekend delivery option available (UK only).
We would like to reassure everyone we are taking Covid-19 seriously and have strict measures in place, here are just a few examples...
HYGIENE - HAND WASHING Increased hand washing and providing hand sanitiser in multiple locations in addition to washrooms.
CLEANING SCHEDULE rucomfy staff all play a part in keeping our offices and work spaces clean and hygienic by following a daily, in depth cleaning schedule.
2 METRES APART WHILE WORKING Using back-to-back or side-to-side working (rather than face-to-face) whenever possible, reducing the number of people each person has contact with by using ‘fixed teams or partnering’ (so each person works with only a few others). Where people cannot be 2m apart, we have done everything practical to manage transmission risk.
SOCIAL DISTANCING Reducing movement within buildings and sites, encouraging use of radios or telephone and cleaning them between use, staff are to stay in their own designated work area and encouraged staff to stay on-site during working hours.

Help With Existing Orders...
1-2 weeks is our current estimate between receipt of order & delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping email from rucomfy with tracking information to track your order with DPD, delivery is usually the next working day, you will also receive a 1 hour time slot on the day of delivery.
I've not received a shipping email but it hasn’t been 2 weeks since I ordered…
I’m afraid we are unable to provide you with an estimated delivery date due to the current situation & we are unable to respond to your enquiry.
I’ve not yet received a shipping email but it has been 2 weeks since I ordered...
Please email with the subject ‘urgent - not received within 2 weeks’ (including your order number) & we will look into this with the warehouse team as a matter of urgency.
Stock Levels...
Our factory is also operating on skeleton staff which means some products are going out of stock sooner than usual & new stock is taking longer to manufacture.
Rest assured we are all working as hard as we can to keep things going so please bear with us!

Good News!
We are back to work and are managing to maintain our high levels of on time despatch however are working with limited staff so slight delays may occur.
I want to take this opportunity to reassure everyone we are taking Covid-19 very seriously hence why we were an early trend setter in choosing to voluntarily close to help prevent the spread. We have taken the decision to return to work as we are confident we can remain open with reduced staff whilst helping to prevent the spread of Covid-19
We are only asking staff to return to work that are required for the production and despatch of orders to ensure the distancing recommendations are adhered to the production area layouts have been adapted to ensure staff can work within the recommendations.
Our sales staff continue to work remotely from home so please bear with us. Phones are unfortunately unmanned so please continue to email us and we will call you if you require us to do so.

As you know, all of our products are made here in the UK and as proud members of MADE IN BRITAIN, we would love to keep production running to support our country's manufacturing industry, however the safety of our employees and to help stop the spread of COVID-19 is our first and foremost priority.
