Competition details form part of these terms and conditions. 

The prize is as stated and no cash or alternatives will be offered in exchange for the competition prize.

Use of a false name or details will result in disqualification.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer, network or software failure of which may restrict or delay entry. 

The competition is open to UK residents only, if the chosen winner is located outside of the UK the prize may be delivered to a UK address.

The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another.

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry terms and conditions will be disqualified.

Winners will be informed within 7 working days after the competition closes.

Prize winners will be announced on social media and will be contacted directly via the social network. If you have not been contacted within 7 working days after the end of the competition, please assume that you have not won.

If the winner of the prize does not come forward within 7 working days, another winner will be selected.

This promotion may be advertised on social media websites. However, it is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook and any other social media websites.

You are providing your information to The Promoter; the information you provide will only be used by The Promoter and no information will be supplied to third parties, without the consent of the prize winner. The Promoter is rucomfy Beanbags Ltd.
