rucomfy are a family run business based in Blackburn... the heart of Lancashire’s textile industry and for over 36 years we have been lovingly designing and manufacturing beanbags for thousands of homes and businesses all over the UK.

As proud members of Made In Britain, we only use UK sourced components in all our products... from the thread to the bead.

Everything that you see on our website has been designed in-house by our own design team and as soon as your order has been placed production will begin here in our factory.

Custom Design: If you cannot find what you are looking for we have a team of designers who can bring your ideas to life, please contact us with your idea…however off the wall it may be!

Printing: Our state of the art printers produce high-quality designs and images. 

Personalisation: Adding personalisation to our beanbags is very popular particularly on our gifts and children's beanbags. We have the ability to personalise beanbags in a variety of ways. 

Branded: Our branded products are perfect for exhibitions, shops, showrooms or even just around the office. We have state of the art equipment to offer BRANDED beanbags, want your logo on a beanbag? Just contact us.

Corporate Responsibilities;

The main operational activity of rucomfy Beanbags Ltd is the designing, manufacturing and retail of soft furnishings, including the processing of fabrics, fillings, and the delivery of our products directly to customers worldwide.

The responsibilities of the business now extend far beyond the traditional boundaries, and we recognise the corporate responsibilities that our customers, staff and other stakeholders rightly expect us to adopt with regard to social and ethical issues. This means ensuring that our factory, and those of our immediate suppliers, operate to the highest standards, and that we use our influence to ensure that our supply chain meets our strict criteria.

Specifically, this means that customers can purchase our products safe in the knowledge that they have been produced by businesses that meet the following set of labour standards:

• Employment is freely chosen
• Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining are respected
• Working conditions are safe and hygienic 
• Child labour shall not be used 
• Living wages are paid 
• Working hours are not excessive 
• No discrimination is practiced 
• Regular employment is provided
