We are so confident with our products that we offer a 1 year guarantee from the date of purchase on all products* (Exclusions apply) and even a 5 year guarantee on all our real leather products against reasonable wear and tear.

If a product is returned due to it having a manufacturing fault, this will be inspected thoroughly and if the fault is deemed to be a manufacturing fault then the product will be repaired or if irreparable then a replacement will be given for the SAME product.

*Exclusions: All clearance items are exempt from our standard 1 year guarantee. Any of our products bought for commercial reasons are also exempt from our 1 year guarantee but are limited to a 6 months guarantee as are our pet beds due to the nature of the products. The Bead filling is also exempt from our 1 year guarantee as it does go flat over time dependant on usage. Additional ‘top-up’ bead can be purchased here. This does not affect your statutory rights.
