According to a blogger on Helium, bean bag chairs are both stylish and affordable, and they can also be of better quality than many expect.
"Bean bag chairs are a very economical selection compared to other seating options, and they can be uniquely colourful and attractive in a dorm room setting," the source said.
Other cheap and stylish looking items ideal for a room in a dorm include lamps, students are advised.
When looking for bean bag chairs to furnish a dorm room, students could also try and find bedsheets and cushions to match – or to be even more thrifty, they could buy cushion insides and fabric which matches the bean bags well.
