Happiness is an office beanbag

It may be a strange statement to start a blog post with, “happiness is an office beanbag” but let us be honest, is it possible to sit in a beanbag and not smile?

Office beanbags are being used by businesses all over the world as a way to increase employee satisfaction. Happy employees bring increased productivity, creativity and long term loyalty to your company.

The key is to create a relaxed working atmosphere. Nobody enjoys spending 5 days a week in a dull, stuffy office, where the only thing you long for is 5pm and the chance to escape. Businesses such as Google have long stood by the theory that relaxed, bright environments where you encourage employees to interact will enhance your business.
